• MC and DOT numbers and operating authority documents
• Certificates of insurance
• W-9 forms and tax identification details
• Bank or factoring company details needed for broker setup and payments
• Truck and trailer details, preferred lanes and rates
• Load details such as pickup and delivery times, rate confirmations, bills of lading, and detention or layover records

Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the website secure and working.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and contact you about our services
• To find and book loads, plan routes, and negotiate rates on your behalf
• To complete broker setups and carrier paperwork
• To follow up on loads from pickup to delivery, and to claim detention and layover pay
• To send invoices and manage payments for our services

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

We share information only when it is needed to provide our services, including with:

• Freight brokers, shippers and receivers: to set you up as a carrier, book loads, and arrange pickups and deliveries
• Factoring companies: if you ask us to work with your factoring company
• Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form handling, email, phone and cloud storage providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Authorities: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public

Calls, text messages and email

If you give us permission on our contact form, we may call or text you about loads and dispatch services. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling you at any time. Giving this permission is not required to use our services.

We do not sell or share your phone number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing.

If we send you marketing emails, each one will include a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website loads its font from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. You can read Google's Privacy Policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you use our services, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted when we no longer need them.
